Dennis and I have (almost) purchased our new home! It is 4 miles west of our current rental. It has 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, and a large basement we look forward to improving into a cozy den/rec room in the next couple years. There is a nice backyard and is in a quiet neighborhood of cape cod style homes. I have posted a picture..yes it is mint green! But at least it will be easy to find :)
We are closing May 30th.
